Project THRIVE
Transforming Horizons through Resilience, Inclusion, Vocational Skills, and Employability
Helping visually impaired students and young adults prepare for higher education, careers, and independent living.
Completing school is only the beginning of the journey. For many visually impaired students in India, the next stage—higher education, competitive examinations, skill development, and employment—presents even greater challenges.
Limited access to quality coaching, inaccessible study material, lack of assistive technology, inadequate career guidance, and teaching methods that do not accommodate visual impairment often prevent talented students from reaching their full potential.
Project THRIVE was established to remove these barriers and help visually impaired students confidently pursue higher education, competitive examinations, professional careers, entrepreneurship, and independent living.
Why Project THRIVE?
Talent should never be limited by inaccessible opportunities.
Many visually impaired young adults have the ability and determination to succeed, but often lack access to the resources, support, and learning environment needed to compete on an equal footing.
Project THRIVE works to remove these barriers by making existing educational and career opportunities more accessible, strengthening essential skills, and building partnerships that enable long-term inclusion.
How We Create Change
Higher Education Support
We help students prepare for higher education by improving access to accessible learning resources, assistive technology, academic guidance, and opportunities that support continued learning.
Competitive Examination Support
We collaborate with coaching centres to make competitive exam preparation more accessible by promoting inclusive teaching practices, accessible study material, and appropriate learning support.
Technology & Digital Skills
We help participants build advanced digital, assistive technology, and AI skills that improve learning, productivity, communication, and career readiness.
Employability & Personality Development
We support the development of communication skills, workplace readiness, interview preparation, leadership, confidence, and other professional skills required for long-term career success.
Partnerships & Accessibility
We work with coaching institutes, educational institutions, employers, and industry partners to improve accessibility, remove barriers, and create inclusive pathways for education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Expected Impact
By strengthening accessibility across education, coaching, technology, and employment, Project THRIVE helps visually impaired young adults compete on equal terms and pursue their ambitions with confidence.
Our aim is to build an ecosystem where talent, determination, and potential define success—not the barriers created by inaccessibility.
